I am Ellis E. Eghan, currently a Postdoctoral Fellow at the MCIS lab, Polytechnique Montreal (since Decmber 2019). I am currently (together with some bright students) investigating (1) the cost of Continuous Integration builds, (2) build failure prediction and (3) the impact of onboarding on OSS projects.
In November 2019, I recieved my Ph.D. in Computer Science from Concordia University, Canada under the supervision of Juergen Rilling. My research as a member of the Ambient Software Engineering Group (ASEG) was mainly focused on improving and supporting software engineering tasks using semantic analysis of software build systems through semantic web techniques. You may find more information about my research on this page.
For more information you can download my Curriculum Vitae or visit my LinkedIn page. I am always looking for collaborators to work with. If you have comments, questions or suggestions, please drop me an email.
